Every sign is handcrafted to order. After you approve your design proof, your sign enters production.
Timeline
Production: approximately 1 week Shipping: approximately 3–4 weeks internationally Total estimated time: 4–5 weeks from order to delivery
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your sign ships. We use international logistics partners with full end-to-end tracking.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from our production facility.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Neon Vows is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
