At Neon Vows, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom neon signs. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Because all of our neon signs are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once production has begun. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@neonvows.net with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, please email us immediately at hello@neonvows.net.
Order Errors
If we make an error on your order (wrong text, wrong color, etc.), we will remake the item at no cost to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any errors within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
